This small spot in the Sunset makes some of our favorite xiao long bao in the city. They’ve got chewy wrappers, and a juicy, well-seasoned pork filling that we think deserves a Nobel Prize. Also, don’t miss their pan-fried pork potstickers and wontons doused in chili oil - they’re excellent.
