Samurai Papa is from the same people behind Momo Sushi Shack, and there are two locations - one in Bushwick and another in Bed-Stuy. The Bed-Stuy menu is a little smaller than the one in Bushwick, but you can get the same ramen here. The broth is a more-concentrated style, but it also comes with some stock on the side to dilute it. And if you’re a vegetarian, they have a few good options. This place is pretty small, however, so don’t plan your next group dinner here.
