Pasta Dal Cuore takes pasta pretty seriously. Not only does this downtown Italian spot have a retail counter where they sell their freshly made pastas and list recommended sauces for each style, but the majority of the restaurant’s menu is made up of pastas as well. Order the squid ink pappardelle with shrimp-stuffed calamari or the ravioli filled with slow-braised short rib, and you’ll be very happy, especially if you take advantage of the BYO policy and bring a couple bottles of Italian wine.
