When you need a place for a last-minute business dinner near Bryant Park, Paloma at Hotel Hendrix is one of your best options. This spot from the chef behind Scampi and The Spaniard serves Central and South American food, and while none of it will make it into tomorrow’s follow-up emails, things like shrimp in a bowl of garlicky jus and short rib al pastor with pineapple chutney are less overpriced and more interesting than what you’ll find at many other places nearby.
