Where To Go When You’ve Eaten Everywhere In The West Village
12 spots for when you realize that you only ever go to the same 5 places.
Le Baratin is a small French bistro with exposed brick walls, red-and-white checkered napkins, and some random sports memorabilia (like a Frank Ntilikina jersey) on the walls. It’s a charming spot with friendly service, and it’s great for a low-key date night or whenever you want to feel like you’re temporarily in Paris. The food isn’t especially memorable - but you can get some solid classics like steak frites and escargots, and a meal here is mostly just about the atmosphere anyway.
