Since this East Village taco spot recently added both birria tacos and quesabirria to their menu, it’s become one of the best downtown options to find either. We particularly like that their tacos are constructed on griddled but still soft tortillas, come packed full of big chunks of beef, and taste great with a squirt of lime juice and a sprinkling of cilantro and raw onions. While they have consomme available, the tacos are juicy enough where it’s not necessary.
