The Crooked Knife is the rare average-food establishment you can actually enjoy because every other aspect is way above average, especially if you’re in the market for boozy brunch. The staff is friendly (no small feat, especially when everyone is drunk by 1pm), they take reservations for groups both small and large, the environment is “cute” and comfortable, the drinks are strong, and there’s a great outdoor patio. If you’re more interested in experience than you are in food for bottomless brunch (which you probably are), head here. For $39, you get two hours of unlimited mimosas and Bloody Marys, and an entree.
