The bar on top of the Arlo Soho used to be called Harold’s Surf Shack, and it was one of the more casual places where you could drink on a rooftop. Now, this place is called Arlo Roof Top (or A.R.T. for short), and it’s more of a typical club. In other words, you should expect loud electronic music, lines on weekends, and tables with “reserved” signs on them. This place does, however, still have a nice big patio, and it doesn’t get quite as busy as some other rooftops downtown.
