Luis Galindo Latin American is a Cuban diner with a few locations around Miami. Their restaurant right on the border of Coral Gables is one of the more popular locations and a solid place to sit down and have a sandwich, some Cuban coffee, and maybe some churros dipped in chocolate. They have a decent Cuban sandwich here, but you should go with the minuta sandwich instead. There’s also some outdoor seating and a counter good for solo dining inside.
