Despite the name, Humble Potato is not the LA version of that baked potato spot in the mall in your hometown. It’s a casual restaurant in Culver City doing burgers, hot dogs, and fries with a Japanese influence. Which seems to mean that you might find yuzu-jalapeno slaw on your burger and thinly sliced dried seaweed on your garlic parmesan fries. Nothing here is going to inspire you to drive across town, but if you’re looking for a solid burger that doesn’t involve the In-N-Out drive through, this is a good Culver option.
