The Table has one of the best brunches in the neighbourhood, and is an excellent option for lunch as well. The food here is all about the holy lunch trinity of soups, salads and sandwiches, and it’s the sort of place that’ll remind you of just how good a roast beef sandwich can be. There’s also a good changing daily special in case you want something more substantial, as well as a nice list of burgers too. Though it’s always busy, it does get a little quieter in the afternoon, though be warned that it shuts at 4.30pm most days.
