An American diner in London usually means a whole lot of red booths and nothing much else. Enter Passyunk Avenue, a Philadelphia-inspired spot and dive bar on Cleveland Street serving some real-deal Philly cheesesteaks. They’re made with shredded rib-eye steak and your choice of cheese in Italian hoagie bread rolls. It’s moreish in all the right ways, and once you try it, you will be back. The classic cheesesteak is a must-order, and they also have some pretty good buffalo wings if you’re in the mood for chicken. Just be sure to try some of the home-made honey mustard sauce with them. They also have a selection of draft beers and cocktails to drink.
