Ella Canta is a high end Mexican fine dining restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane. With dishes like grasshopper-topped guacamole and meat dishes with mole, there’s some authenticity at play here, and the food is very solid, if quite expensive. Expect Ella Canta to be the new hot spot for pricey anniversary dinners for couples who are gainfully employed and under the age of 70.
