Lincoln Park isn’t a neighborhood with a ton of character-heavy dives, which makes Rose’s extra special. There are couches that are almost certainly older than the ones in your parents’ basement, along with a pool table, a killer jukebox, free pretzels (or Bugles, depending on the night), and Christmas lights strung up year-round.
