Sabor Tapatio is a newish Mexican food truck on the corner of Stassney and South Congress with a bunch of covered and open-air picnic tables. Of note are their Jalisco-style barbacoa tacos with consome and their mini al pastor tacos, with charred and crispy meat, topped with a spicy green salsa, cilantro, and onion. They also make good breakfast tacos, and you can get free coffee with your order.
