JewBoy Burgers began as a popular food truck in the 5000 Burnet trailer park, but they’ve since moved into a brick-and-mortar off Airport and 51st. Their focus has always been on burgers, but the larger space has allowed them to expand the menu to include things like chili-cheese dogs and El Paso-style burritos. All of the food here - described as being influenced by a mix of Border and Jewish culture - features lots of Hatch green chile, queso, and latkes - the last of which can be found in everything from their burgers to their burritos.
