Granny’s Tacos is a food truck on the East Side with a pretty extensive menu of breakfast tacos, lunch tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and just about anything else you can think of that fits inside of a tortilla. Everything here comes on a house-made flour tortilla, unless otherwise specified (they also make their own corn tortillas), and the portions are very generous. We really liked the chilaquiles taco with mole here - do yourself a favor and order a couple.
